Cookie Policy

SellWiki uses only the cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to keep your session secure. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any form of third-party tracking. No consent banner is shown because no consent is required for the cookies we set.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are read by the website's server on subsequent requests to identify your session or store a preference. Cookies may be session cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or persistent cookies, which remain on your device for a set duration.

Under the EU ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC, as implemented in Italian law via D.Lgs. 196/2003 as amended) and the GDPR, setting cookies that are not strictly necessary for the provision of a service you have requested requires your prior informed consent. Because SellWiki uses only strictly necessary cookies, we do not display a cookie consent banner and we do not seek consent for cookie placement.

All cookies listed are first-party cookies set by the sellwiki.live domain. No third-party cookies are set on the Platform.

What we don't use

We do not use any of the following:

  • Analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Plausible with cookie storage)
  • Advertising or retargeting cookies (e.g. Meta Pixel, Google Ads cookies)
  • Social media tracking pixels
  • Third-party A/B testing tools that use cookies
  • Fingerprinting scripts or canvas fingerprinting techniques

If we introduce any non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this Cookie Policy with at least 30 days' notice and deploy a compliant consent mechanism before any such cookies are set.

Managing cookies in your browser

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Because all of our cookies are strictly necessary for authentication, blocking or deleting them will prevent you from remaining signed in to the Platform. The steps to manage cookies vary by browser:

  • Google Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data → Manage cookies and site data.
  • Safari (macOS/iOS) — Preferences (or Settings) → Privacy → Manage Website Data, or use “Block all cookies” to disable cookies entirely.
  • Mozilla Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Manage Data.
  • Microsoft Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data → Manage and delete cookies and site data.

Deleting the SellWiki session cookie will sign you out immediately. You can sign back in at any time; a new session cookie will be created. Blocking cookies from sellwiki.live entirely means you will not be able to maintain a signed-in session.
